Thieves Lane, Hertford for Croudace Homes
DD Flat Roofing fitted several new roofs for this Croudace Homes development. Some properties were finished completely in clay plain tiles while others has natural Spanish slate combined with clay tile decorative hangings.

Terraced properties in Brixton for Axis Europe (on behalf of the local authority)
Natural Spanish slate roof replacement for a row of Victorian terraced houses. The roofs were finished off with a liquid detail box gutter (a hard wearing liquid-applied surface for extra durability).

East Point Pavilions, Lowestoft
The pavilions were being refurbished with a new structure to link the two. DD Flat Roofing provided a 3 layer built up felt roof for the new link.

Brampton, Cambridgeshire
A replacement garage roof for a property in Brampton, just outside Huntingdon. A 2 layer felt system was installed with brand new fascia, gutters and soffit.

Bellesina Court, Hackney
Replacement flat roof for a roof terrace in Hackney. Removed paving, stripped existing roof and installed a new 3 layer felt system before relaying the paving.
